Refund Policy

1. Our Refund Guarantee

Blink Gigs operates on a satisfaction-based escrow model. Your money is never released to a freelancer until you approve the delivery. This protects you from poor quality or non-delivery.

2. When You Can Get a Refund

• Freelancer fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe
• Delivered work does not match what was described in the gig
• Freelancer becomes unresponsive or cancels the order
• Order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement (before work begins)

3. Refund Process

Raise a dispute from your Order page. Our team reviews evidence within 3–5 business days. If decided in your favour, funds are returned to your Blink Gigs wallet within 24 hours. Bank refunds take 3–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Buyer approved delivery and later changed their mind
• Work was delivered as described but buyer simply didn't like the style
• Order was completed more than 14 days ago with no dispute raised

5. Platform Fee

The Blink Gigs platform fee (15%) is non-refundable for completed and approved orders. For disputed refunds, the platform fee may be refunded at our discretion.
