Blink Gigs respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same.

1. Original Work

Freelancers must only deliver original work or work they have the right to sell. Submitting plagiarised, stock-image-only, or AI-generated work without disclosure is prohibited.

2. Platform Content

The Blink Gigs brand, logo, website design, and code are the intellectual property of Blink Tech & IT Consult. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

3. DMCA / Takedown Requests

If you believe content on Blink Gigs infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice to legal@blinkgigs.ng including: description of the copyrighted work; URL of the infringing content; and your contact details. We act within 72 hours.

4. Repeat Infringement

Accounts with repeated copyright violations will be permanently terminated.
