By registering as a Buyer on Blink Gigs, you agree to the following in addition to the general Terms of Service.
When you place an order, funds are held in escrow. You agree to review deliveries promptly and provide clear feedback or approval within 7 days of delivery.
You must not request work that falls outside the gig description without agreeing to additional payment. Abuse of revision requests is prohibited.
You may only leave reviews for orders you have completed. Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience. Fake, malicious, or paid-for negative reviews are prohibited.
All payments must be made through the Blink Gigs platform. Attempting to pay freelancers directly to avoid platform fees is a serious violation and may result in account termination.
Upon full payment and approval, deliverables belong to you. You take responsibility for ensuring the work does not infringe third-party rights in your use case.
