Freelancer Agreement

By registering as a Freelancer on Blink Gigs, you agree to the following terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

1. Service Quality

You agree to deliver work that matches the description in your gig, within the agreed timeframe, and to the professional standard expected. Repeated poor quality may result in account review.

2. Delivery & Communication

You must respond to messages within a reasonable time and keep buyers informed of progress. Disappearing after payment is received is grounds for immediate suspension.

3. Earnings & Withdrawals

Earnings are credited to your balance after order completion and a 3-day clearance period. Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 business hours to your registered bank account.

4. Platform Fee

Blink Gigs charges a 15% service fee on all completed orders. This fee covers payment processing, dispute resolution, platform infrastructure, and customer support.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not solicit off-platform payments, create fake reviews, or misrepresent your work. Such conduct results in permanent account termination and possible forfeiture of pending earnings.

6. Independent Contractor Status

Freelancers are independent contractors, not employees of Blink Gigs. You are responsible for your own taxes under Nigerian tax law.
